Well, in my quest to build my knight rider car. Step 1 was to buy a donor car that could be used as a starting point. I have found that car.
I've purchased a 1985 Pontiac Trans Am from Spokane Washington and i'm having it shipped here!
Its in fact an ideal donor car. 1982 Trans Ams are extremely difficult to come by with the correct interior, but respraying a car black is also very expensive. I decided to go with an already black car, so that i would not have to worry about that straight off of the bat.
It already has some knight rider features, although the front scanner is not really authentic.
It has
14" Turbocasts with Caps
Tail Light Blackout (Screw on)
Black Exterior
Bulge Hood
Correct Spoiler
So i am off to a good start :-)
